According to previous reports, the Bucks waived Livingston to free up a spot on the roster that can be used to sign Coffey. Coffey signed a training camp contract with the Bucks in August.
Coffey played for the Clippers in the first six seasons of the NBA. In the 2024-25 season, he played 72 games, averaging 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game, shooting 47.1% from the field and 40.9% from three-point range.
