According to the announcement of Barcelona's official website, the Gambel Cup, which is planned to be held on August 10, will not be held at the New Camp Nou Stadium.

Barcelona announced that FC Barcelona announced the postponement of the first return match of the Spotify Camp Nou Stadium, which was originally scheduled to be held at the same time as the Gambel Cup on August 10. This decision was made because, as required by the Code of Code for Intervention Procedures of Municipal Construction Engineering, the necessary work is underway, resulting in the inability to complete the procedures required to issue the first occupancy permit.

Specifically, although the club wants to operate the Spotify Camp Nou in the district, it is impossible to meet all the requirements for obtaining the license due to the huge workload.

Club is working with the Barcelona Municipal Government and relevant organizations to make progress on various requirements and will inform Club Barcelona members of any new information on the date of their return to the Camp Nou Stadium. The delay will not affect the club's debt repayment plan.

More information about the 2025 Gambel Cup to be held at John Cruyff Stadium will be released soon.
