Salem Marcos was interviewed by DAZN after Milan defeated Fiorentina 2-1.
He said: "Leo is an incredible player and when he is at his best, we can only be happy. We have been trying our best to help him recover from injuries and now he is in very good form and it is showing through his performances on the field. We are very happy for him."
How did you play in so many different positions?
"No matter which position the coach asks me to play, I will try my best. The only thing I haven't tried is being a goalkeeper. I don't know if I can do it, but other positions are fine."
Is the right wing your natural position?
"I feel more comfortable on the right. Game by game, I am gradually adapting to this role. Changing roles is not easy. I try my best to play the best."
How is your second Milan career?
"From the moment I knew I was going to return to Milan, I had a clear goal to help the team recreate beautiful moments like that championship. It is not easy to adapt to the new tactical system, but the coach gave me trust and we are constantly improving. I am very happy to be part of this project."
