According to Spanish "World Sports", less than a month before the Gambel Cup with Como this summer, Barcelona plans to open some stands of the Camp Nou.
The Barcelona Municipal Government Committee has approved Barcelona's site modification activities and construction permits, and the next step is to obtain a first-time use permit by the end of July. The current plan is to arrange the competition in an area with a capacity of about 30,000 spectators, mainly concentrated in the main stand and the south stand.
Considering the construction area layout in a month, the most feasible solution is to allow fans to enter mainly through the stands. It is expected that in the first La Liga game, the first and second floor stands of Camp Nou Stadium will be fully put into use, and will be able to accommodate nearly 60,000 spectators by then.
