Today, ESPN Lakers reporter Dave McMenamin reported on TV on a TV show that Lakers forward James' training camp and preseason preparation plans.
"LeBron told me how much he would be involved in training camp and preseason. I was told that before entering the Lakers' first training today, LeBron would be limited in field training, maybe only in some light shooting training (note: the end result was that James did not participate in training due to hip nerve stimulation), but he would definitely come here to show up. Regarding the preseason, the Lakers had six preseason games. He played only three of them last year, and I was told that maybe he was over-expended last year before the season started, which led to him being exhausted by December. So, I was told that LeBron's team had already expressed to the Lakers, 'We should be extremely cautious about LeBron because we want to think about it for the long term. If this team is going to compete for the championship, we need LeBron to be in the best physical form between April and June.'" McMenamin said.
