Former Lakers player Nick Van Exel said that no one in the league today has Kobe's mentality or work attitude.
He said: "Many people talk about 'Mamba Mentality', but they don't have that mentality at all. I have seen Kobe with my own eyes. He just keeps practicing. I have been a coach in the NBA, and today's players don't practice like that at all. This makes me a little disappointed, because I know what he does every day. He practices every one of those crazy shots, over and over again, and his hard work is crazy.
