According to Le As, the Spanish Football Association competition judge decided not to intervene in the "Mastantono registration case", but the president of the Spanish Football Coaching School is considering whether to appeal to the Discipline Committee or directly resort to the common court.

The principal of the Spanish Football Coaching School Garland accused Real Madrid new aid Mastantono of playing in violation of regulations. Now, he is considering whether to appeal to the Discipline Committee or to appeal directly to the common court because he believes there is a violation.

Garland believes that Real Madrid and many other clubs have violated the rules of the Spanish Football Association and will only register players in the first team to the reserve team. As no team complained of illegal appearances over Mastantono's appearance against Osasuna, Garland asked the contest judge to take the initiative to intervene and start the investigation process, but the judge decided not to accept it.

The Spanish Football Association also issued a resolution statement on this: "The documents submitted by Mr. Miguel Angel Garland Castellanos are refused, because the only judge of the professional competition is a discipline issue that falls within the jurisdiction of the corresponding agency of the Spanish Football Association."

Nevertheless, Garland does not intend to give up. Although he disagrees with the issue of discipline and believes it should be resolved by the contest judge because he claims he is not reporting a violation but pointing out the rules are broken. He is therefore studying whether to appeal to the Disciplinary Committee or file a phase 2 appeal directly.
